Dr. Merridette Sales is a Philippine College of Physicians Fellow and a good-standing member of the Philippine Medical Association and Quezon City Medical Society. She is also a proud member of the Philippine Association of Nutrition and the Philippine Society of Nutritionist Dietitians.

She currently works as an Internal Medicine Junior Consultant in multiple medical centers, including Global Biotech and Healthcare Hemodialysis Center and Rizal Dialysis and Wellness Center. She spent a year moonlighting before pursuing her residency training at Dr. Victor R. Potenciano Medical Center (Mandaluyong City). She outstandingly carried positions such as Chief Resident of the Department of Medicine, Research Coordinator in the Critical Care Complex Committee, and Research Coordinator in the Rapid Response Team and Brain Attack Team.

Dr. Sales has a love for teaching, which can be traced back to when she was an instructor at the University of the Philippines (Diliman, Quezon City), facilitating courses on the Principles of Nutrition and Community Development for four-year levels.
